Firsts!!!

Mark the calendar, I have finally started Max's blog!  I created the page months ago and have never sat down to actually post any photos or blogs.  Since Max has had so many "first" moments lately, I thought I'd recap those along with some other note-worthy "firsts"...

Most recently, we took Max to his first Royals game.  He took advantage of the gorgeous weather and got a little nap in while we were there too.  ( I must note that he had already taken a nap for the record books that morning - 3 1/2 hours!!!)  Turns out he might be a lucky charm too, the Royals ended up taking the Twins 11-2! Go Royals!!!!

We also spent Max's first Easter with my family in Columbia.  Of course he got some good stuff the from the Easter Bunny...

After church we came back to "Mimi" and "Papa's" house for an always yummy Easter dinner and some play time with cousins, Logan, Chase, and Hannah.

On April 16, at exactly 8 months, Max had his very first haircut.  The kid has a lot of hair.  I just recently had someone point out the link between my debilitating acid reflux during my pregnancy and his very full head of hair.  Perhaps there is something to the old wives' tales???

Saving the best for last.  I will share with you the one thing that always makes me blissfully happy- Max's laugh.  He has The. Best. Laugh.
